1.4 Warhammer update has me hooked again- nonstop action

I was going to type a long review explaining the new RVR system and Skaven thing but you can go to the Warehammer site and read all about the specific details. The new system forces players into combat and is filled with awesomeness for zerg and small group combat. Because players can't damage keep doors...well unless you've changed into a Skaven Rat ogre, It forces more combat out in the open. Your forced to protect BO's because if your side takes one it sends a resource runner to the warcamp that if it makes it (is attackable) will upgrade your keep and make things like siege weapons available.

Siege weapons now can be placed anywhere.

No more guards at keeps and bo's .... no lords eiher

When you die you spawn at your sides keep...no healer there so if you stay you'll have potentionally some big wounds drain if you die alot.

You can click on a flag in keep to. To return to the warcamp.

A limited number of bombers are available at the top of the keep. If you get one you fly on a Griffon or Manicore in a set pattern around the map. The bombs are nasty as they do damage to anyone whois at the spot or runs through the spot where it hit. Great for wiping people on the walls. Cool thing is (JETTA) you can shoot them down with ranged attacks and get fullrenown because you killed the player. While on the mount you canalso parachute downto get behind the wallsor kill some weak solo you see running around below you.

During the battle there will be a Skaven incursuion that will unlockSkaven. There will be a limited nu,ber of themavailable. You can transform into a skavenclass at hthe top of yojr keep. You get full renown while playing one and they are awesome.

PVE and Scenarios no longer effect Rvr. If you have both keeps you flip the zone.
