Ok, so Battlefiled Heroes is pretty much live now, I don't think it's been officially launched, but it's pretty much working fine. It's completely free to play, and a lot of fun so far. Smash and I have played around with all the classes on both armies so, and you guys should too! One of the only downsides I have so far is that you essentially play as a character, meaning each of your 4 Heroes can only be a Commando, a Soldier or a Gunner, and it's not possible to change the class of that Hero. Each Heroes can also only be part of one army, though that does make it fun for joining a friend on the opposite army and hunting them down.

I think both Smash and I registered with our SM| names, only problem the the "Add a Friend" little box doesn't like the pipe in the name so it's hard to know if it's typed right, so if you guys decide to play and want to add me, just try my National Gunner "Greyboar" or my badass Royalist Commando "Zootyy".

In other Battlefield news, 1943 was officially announced for the 360 and PS3 earlier today for July 8th and 9th, though this means we'll probably have to wait till the week before release in September to find out when it's coming for PC. Bad Company 2 is still just dated for first quarter 2010, and as I think someone else mentioned recently, BF3 has been announced for Holiday 2010.

Oh, and Modern Warfare 2 is still looking incredibly badass. It'll be interesting, and probably frustrating, to go through all the challenges in multiplayer again, but November 10th is gonna be a good day.

Haven't caught you online yet Slab. My son and I are playing this a lot together. He loves it. I think I'm -=CCC=-Centurion on the bad guys and Crosshairy on the good guys.
